What you'll do at TrueNorth
We’re looking for an eager Paid Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at TrueNorth! You’ll collaborate with product, customer support and business operations to run our paid advertising program and help grow our customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone who has demonstrated success in paid search, and a desire to help grow TrueNorth from 0-1.
- Own our paid search program across outlets like Facebook and Google
- Collaborate to align messaging and content across digital platforms and advertising channels
- Maintain focus on impact by looking for ways to increase and optimize performance of campaigns and content
- Develop KPIs for data points such as conversion rate, cost per conversion and ultimately ROI
- Deliver regular data driven updates to leadership complete with wins, challenges, and asks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and ongoing growth. Partner regularly with Engineering, Sales, Biz Ops, and other cross-functional partners
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience working at a software/SaaS company on common paid search platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Experience measuring campaign successes/failures and making the right decisions to move the needle
- Experience growing a paid search program from 0-1 (and/or 1-2+!)
- Familiarity with user acquisition and re-engagement in mobile app environment
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, operations, and senior stakeholders
- Experience running A/B tests
- Experience collaborating on other aspects of the go-to-market function like internal training, customer communication/training, website copy and help content, is a bonus!
- Experience working on referral or influencer programs is a bonus as well!
