Property Management Assistant (Part-Time)

Schedule: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST (20 hours per week to start)

About the Role

We are looking for a female Part-Time Property Management Assistant to support a growing real estate portfolio of 60–80 residential properties. This role will provide administrative and operational support to ensure day-to-day property management tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.

This position requires someone who can learn quickly, adapt to established processes, and work within existing systems and workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with tenants when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day property management administrative tasks
  • Learn and follow established processes, forms, and documentation workflows
  • Use property management software MiPropertyPortal (MIPP), Dropbox, and Trello for task tracking and document management
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is properly stored
  • Call tenants as needed for follow-ups, reminders, and coordination
  • Support internal coordination to keep tasks moving forward
  • Provide general administrative support related to the property portfolio

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred
  • Quick learner who can adapt to structured and established processes
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to tenants when required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new systems (MIPP, Dropbox, Trello)
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Work Schedule

  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST (Part-Time to start)
  • Opportunity to transition to Full-Time as confidence and performance are established

Ideal Candidate

You are dependable, patient, and organized. You can quickly understand new systems and follow specific processes without needing constant supervision. You are comfortable speaking with tenants professionally and can help bring structure and consistency to property management operations.
