Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.
We are looking for a highly driven and professional Sales Executive who can confidently communicate with Western clients, build strong relationships, and manage sales pipelines with precision. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in customer-facing roles—preferably starting in the call center/BPO industry—and has grown into account management or sales roles within the service sector.
We value stability, commitment, and proven mastery. We’re not looking for job hoppers—we want someone who has demonstrated long-term growth and progression with previous employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Handle account growth, renewals, and client success coordination
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and uphold a structured sales process
Requirements
- Manila-based and able to work EST hours
- Excellent English communication skills, with strong Western client rapport
- Prior call center/customer service experience is a strong advantage
- Experience in account management or sales within the service industry preferred
- Demonstrated history of long-term tenure and progression in previous roles
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
