Role Overview
An established client is seeking a talented and proactive Brand Designer who can take rough concepts and turn them into polished, cohesive branding. This role goes beyond design execution—you’ll help lead the visual direction of the brand and take ownership of social media and broader visual design efforts.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with the ability to independently drive brand consistency across platforms and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand identity systems from initial concepts
- Create cohesive visual assets for digital platforms, especially social media
- Take the lead on social media design and visual direction
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Translate ideas and rough concepts into high-quality, professional creative
- Proactively recommend creative improvements and visual strategies
Requirements
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Experience with social media management
- Strong foundation in visual design and branding principles
Portfolio Requirement
- Must include relevant work within the professional services category
- Do not submit candidates without a qualifying portfolio
