We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s HR Team and oversee our company’s functions and processes from recruiting, to learning and development, employee performance programs and strategic analysis.
Job Overview:
HR Executive responsibilities include updating HR policies, reporting, analysis and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in quantitative and qualitative dimensions of Human Resources and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Responsibilities
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Report to CEOs and vice presidents to strategically manage the business’s HR policy
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Strategize and implement changes that improve the work experience.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess and analyze training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees/departments
- Monitor HR department’s budget and design compensation and benefits packages
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances and measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Requirements
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role (5-10 yrs)
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems/ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy
- Solid communication skills
- Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
