We are expanding our product offering to include debt settlement, and as such, we are seeking a motivated Sales Trainer with expertise in this area
Job Description:
As a Sales Trainer specializing in debt settlement at The Credit Pros, you will play a crucial role in preparing our sales team for success. You will collaborate with a nationally recognized debt settlement company to develop and deliver the training programs necessary to equip our sales representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively promote and sell debt settlement services to clients in need.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our partner, and our internal training team to develop training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to the specific needs and challenges of our sales team.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to educate sales representatives on debt settlement processes, industry regulations, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales team members, offering constructive feedback, addressing performance gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by evaluating sales team performance, tracking key metrics, and soliciting feedback from participants. Iterate the training as needed to optimize performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs based on metrics such as sales performance improvement, client satisfaction ratings, and feedback from sales team members.
- Sales Team Performance: Assess the impact of training interventions on sales team performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and client retention.
- Knowledge Retention: Measure the level of knowledge retention and application among sales team members following training sessions, workshops, and coaching interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales training or coaching with experience in debt settlement or related financial services for at least 5 years.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery methods.
- Remote work experience and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
