TELUS Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Brand team for a 1-year contract. As the Manager of the Brand team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of TELUS Health in a B2B and B2C environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company's overall objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of TELUS Health.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement brand strategies to position TELUS Health as a leader in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Communications, Operations, Master Brand) to create brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Lead the development and execution of brand related assets in marketing campaigns to promote TELUS Health's products and services
- Manage a team of highly motivated brand professionals and designers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance
- Support any escalations related to brand topics and cross functional projects
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency
- Support brand managers with product architecture and product naming projects
- Support the team with production requests, enabling all internal stakeholders with elevated brand assets
Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge or experience with managing B2B brands
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Previous experience leading a team of 5+ people and providing feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex brand situations and make impactful decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual (EN/FR) -English is required and French would be an asset
