Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.Js, React.js)

Currently, we are looking for aSenior Full-Stack Developerfor our key client, an established development team working on a long-term client project. The role requires a highly experienced engineer with strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to make independent technical decisions while collaborating closely with a broader engineering team.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours aligned to EU business time zones and a clear growth path toward a Lead role.

Your Duties:

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Node.js and Reac

• Design and implement scalable backend and frontend solution

• Work with MongoDB to manage and optimize data structures and performance

• Handle support tickets and production-related technical issues when required

• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders on technical decision

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processe

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical improvements

• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Support code reviews and provide technical feedback to team members

• Gradually take on increased ownership and leadership responsibilities within the project

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.
  
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
  
• Solid MongoDB expertise
  
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
  
• Strong communication skills and transparency in decision-making
  
• Ability to learn quickly and ramp up fast in new environments
  
• Willingness to handle support tickets and production issues
  
• Strong ownership and independent decision-making mindset
  
• English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.
  

• Experience with Kubernetes or Rancher
  
• GitOps experience
  
• Broad AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, ECS, Route53, CloudFront/CDN)
  
• Experience working with large or time-series datasets
  
• Knowledge of databases suitable for time-series data
  
• Ability to mentor junior developers and support code reviews
