As a Fullstack Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our FinTech platform. You’ll be involved in the entire development process, from front-end design to back-end architecture, ensuring our applications are robust, responsive, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development:Bring our graphic designers' visions to life by implementing responsive and cross-platform web designs.
Back-End Development:Design and develop scalable server-side solutions, manage databases, and ensure seamless integration.
API Design & Development:Create and maintain APIs that meet both technical and customer-specific requirements.
Maintenance & Scaling:Oversee the performance, maintenance, and scalability of our cloud-based servers and databases.
Collaboration:Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Experience:5+ years with our core tech stack: NodeJS, React, NextJS & PostgreSQL
Track Record:Proven experience in bringing at least one product live (references are a plus!).
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Expertise in React and NodeJs, especially in combination with NextJS.
Proficiency in database technologies, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with a basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working in a startup environment.
Familiarity with big data solutions like Hadoop or similar.
Basic knowledge of neural networks.
