● Create native-style content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
● Improve video performance through pacing, hooks, structure, and retention optimization
● Collaborate with creative teams on fast-paced campaign execution
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
● Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and emerging content formats
● Test and iterate content variations to improve engagement metrics
● Support rapid-turnaround content production while maintaining quality standards
● Mentor junior creators and contribute to performance-focused creative direction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital media
- Proven experience editing social-first content with strong engagement performance
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content trends
- Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and social platform algorithms
- Experience working in advertising, creative agencies, or digital media environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience working with global consumer brands
- Experience mentoring creative teams or junior editors
- Motion graphics and animation experience
