Cyber Strategy Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role combining delivery, strategy, and team coordination. You will work on complex client environments, helping organizations align with international security standards and improve their overall security posture.

• Conduct gap assessments aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, NCA, and data protection frameworks
  
• Develop detailed assessment reports with findings and actionable recommendations
  
• Design and implement information security policies, procedures, and frameworks
  
• Translate business requirements into security strategies and technical controls
  
• Conduct and improve risk assessments using frameworks like ISO 27005, NIST, EBIOS
  
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on cybersecurity best practices
  
• Perform advanced technical assessments (infrastructure, databases, platforms, security tools)
  
• Recommend improvements to tools, frameworks, and SOPs
  
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on automation features
  
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
  
• Lead team meetings and report progress, risks, and activities
  
• Support and mentor team members with minimal supervision
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk/compliance
  
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, NIS2, ISO 27005, EBIOS
  
• Experience in risk assessments, gap analysis, and compliance audits
  
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools (GRC platforms, WAF, EDR, IPS, etc.)
  
• Solid understanding of cloud security and network security (firewalls, etc.)
  
• Ability to develop security policies and procedures
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
  
• Fluent in English
  

• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
  
• Experience with AI-driven security tools or automation
  
• French language skills
  
• Experience in multi-industry environments (banking, retail, tech, etc.)
  
• Openness to occasional travel
