Location:
- Validate incoming customer work orders against company rates and guidelines
- Identify discrepancies and return incorrect orders to clients for correction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements
- Adapt to updates in systems, processes, and pricing structures
- Act as a control point for operational requests, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
- Respond to client and internal queries regarding validation issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Manage incoming urgent requests via phone (e.g. ERS support line)
- Maintain clear communication and strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Support overall operational efficiency through accurate data handling and reporting
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, validation, or data-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
