TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to manage a variety of smaller campaigns, both new and existing, through the client lifecycle and ensure that all campaign metrics/SLAs are met and all clients are highly satisfied with the teams’ performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operations or client management or a management consulting, or account management role.
- Knowledgeable on how to use Google Apps, this includes Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Documents, and more.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Advanced knowledge of email ticketing and cloud-based phone systems (i.e. Zendesk, Desk.com, RightNow, inContact, Five9 or 8x8) preferred.
- International vendor management experience as well as experience in managing customer care and/or back office operations is good to have but not required.
