Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and campaigns
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Manage paid social media campaigns and assist with audience targeting strategies
Create content calendars and maintain organized posting schedules
Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and online community initiatives
Monitor brand reputation and respond appropriately to customer feedback or inquiries
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and social media scheduling tools
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or growing businesses
Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar platforms
Experience with influencer marketing and community management
