United States onlyWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Tahzoo. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage one or more customer solution delivery projects
- Conduct team meetings for project planning, sprint planning, account reviews, and daily standups
- Facilitate client-facing meetings to provide status updates and communicate project progress
- Manage work tracks, including epics and tasks assigned to project staff
- Create and deliver project status reports, including development progress, schedule, milestones, and financials
- Participate in resource planning and estimations for projects
- Conduct project retrospectives to capture and implement lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
- 10 years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in an agile environment
- Must have a high level of experience with project management methodologies and tools: Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master) is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fully remote position
