Tahzoo, a globally recognized digital transformation agency that specializes in MarTech software implementation and digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Account Director to join their team. The Senior Account Director will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with the Tahzoo team to deliver creative solutions worldwide. Tahzoo's mission is to make millions of people a little happier every day by simplifying the customer experience through strategic innovation, experience design, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tahzoo
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the Tahzoo team to deliver creative and technical solutions worldwide
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies
- Participate in proposal/SOW development and presentations to prospective clients
- Track and execute renewals
- Lead strategic sales cycles and initiatives
- Conceive and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the MarTech industry
- Digital marketing knowledge including agency and technology strategies
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience engaging with a prospect’s/client's executives, preferably VP level or above
- Can successfully translate technology into business level conversations that bring value and uncover opportunity for our clients
- Ability to develop the strategic goals and tactical plans necessary to identify, prospect and connect with targeted accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively about solutions
