Role Overview: As a Senior Account Director at [Company Name], you will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, execution, and success of our client accounts. Leveraging your extensive background in marketing strategy, campaign development, media planning, and executive relationship management, you will drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Account Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
  2. Campaign Development and Execution: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative and effective marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve client goals and objectives.
  3. Media Planning and Reporting: Direct media planning efforts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing campaign performance. Provide insightful and actionable reporting to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  4. Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive long-term partnerships.
  5. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive top-line revenue growth through organic account expansion, new business development, and upselling opportunities.
  6. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive communication, and timely resolution of issues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, campaign development, and media planning, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong executive relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest levels of client organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
