The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, collaborating with development teams, and writing technical documentation. The ideal candidate has experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and troubleshooting, as well as strong communication and scripting skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes in either Linux or Windows environment
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience as a Support Engineer or equivalent position
- Degree-level education in Computer Science or similar experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging ability
- Strong skills and experience in a Linux environment
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal for customer communication and creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Demonstrable scripting experience
- Working knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
- Working knowledge of Git
- Experience with either EKS, AKS, GKE
- Familiarity with either Rancher, OpenShift, Tanzu, Docker
- Familiarity with either SalesForce, Jira
