Lead AI Engineer (fluent English, part-time)

Our team is expanding! We are in need of a seasoned, self-driven Senior AI Engineer to join us part-time. If you are an expert in taking ownership and solving complex problems with creativity and grit, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll need:

• 5–10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in data engineering and 1+ year in AI;
• Expertise building scalable data pipelines and platforms (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake);
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly RAG and memory-focused architectures;
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and techniques — foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation;
• Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance;
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and work independently;
• Ownership-driven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly in a fast-paced environment.
