Requirements
- Set up and configure a complex B2B product
- Conduct demo calls and product demonstrations
- Develop and conduct comprehensive client trainings
- Proactively manage the client journey
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Excellent presentation and account management skills
