The School Compliance & State Reporting Manager position is responsible for ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, managing databases for state reporting, and coordinating communication and submission of necessary documents. The role requires strong knowledge of Federal and State (Colorado) education regulations, organizational and time management skills, and ability to project manage and adhere to timelines. The position is home-based and requires occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study
  • Three (3) years in operations role
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State (Colorado) education regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to project manage, adhere to timelines and due dates, and organize data effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Colorado reporting structure and laws regarding state funding'
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,); Web proficiency; Proficiency using a student information system and/or similar type of database software

Benefits

  • Exempt (salary) with a range of $60,000 - $85,000 USD Annual
