In 2016, John Quinn acquired the firm, bringing a renewed vision that honored its rich history while boldly steering it toward the future. Under his leadership, the company first rebranded to CSA Creative LLC, and later, in 2020, to CSA Education—a name that more accurately reflected its core mission and deep alignment with the education sector. This period marked a significant operational transformation; the company embraced a fully remote work model, allowing it to expand its talent pool nationwide and launch 'Team CSA,' a dedicated and carefully vetted network of freelancers.
