About Spring Education Group
Learn more about Spring Education Group and their company culture.
Spring Education Group's journey began with the vision of creating a leading network of private schools dedicated to providing superior education from early childhood through high school. While the parent entity, Spring Education Group, was formally established more recently, its roots run deep through the rich histories of the esteemed educational organizations it brought together. The company's growth narrative is one of strategic unification, bringing premier school networks like Stratford School, LePort Montessori Schools, Nobel Learning Communities, and BASIS Independent Schools under a single umbrella. This consolidation was driven by a commitment to diverse pedagogical approaches and a shared goal of delivering exceptional learning outcomes for students across a wide spectrum of needs and aspirations.
What started as individual endeavors in education, some dating back decades like Nobel Learning Communities (founded in 1983) and Laurel Springs School (a pioneer in online education since 1991), evolved into a collective force. Nobel Learning Communities, for instance, had already established a significant presence with numerous schools before becoming part of Spring Education Group. Similarly, Stratford School was cultivating its STEAM-based curriculum, earning recognition for its innovative approach. The formation of Spring Education Group represented a strategic move to leverage the combined expertise, resources, and geographical reach of these well-regarded institutions. This allowed for the sharing of best practices, the enhancement of curriculum development, and the ability to offer a broader range of educational philosophies—from Montessori methods to advanced STEM-focused programs and flexible online learning. The network now extends across numerous states in the U.S. and has an international presence, reflecting its expansive vision for accessible, high-quality private education.
