How you´ll help us:

In this newly created role, as a Head of International Solplanet Marketing, you will

• Take overall international marketing accountability for the Solplanet brand of products.

• Define the international strategy and investment plan for the Solplanet brand of products.

• Drive the implementation of the global marketing strategy with a team of international marketers that you will lead, coach, and support.

• Understand our current and future customer requirements and translate them into effective positioning, messaging, and execution of the brand’s marketing.

• Foster a culture of cooperation, creativity, productivity, and customer-centricity. In particular, you will ensure a very efficient cooperation between marketing and sales activities.

• Create a differentiated, respected, and trusted brand.

• Ensure cost-efficient use of resources, assets, and suppliers across different markets, focusing on cost-optimization and predictable budget management.

• Apply modern methods and tools in day-to-day marketing activities.

• Develop innovative brand partnerships with respected players.

• Utilize analytics and measures to assess our marketing efforts.

• Supervise and coach the local marketers to execute international Solplanet brand strategy, lead international marketing team to keep frequent communications with HQ.

• Well understand and unified with the HQ global business and brand strategy, define the international brand strategy.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

• At least 8+ years of experience in relevant marketing areas.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven leadership skills, particularly in managing international and remote teams.

• Interest in the solar energy industry (experience is a plus).

• Solid experience with major digital marketing platforms and analytics.

• Business fluency in English and at least one major European language.

• Prior work experience in the PV industry is an advantage.
