Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing full stack engineering teams
• 10+ years of total software engineering experience
• Strong technical depth and ability to dive into code and architecture discussions
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management and UX teams
• Technical fluency with modern stack including TypeScript, React, and languages like Java, Python and Go
• Operational excellence and ability to manage project scope and guide complex projects
• Product passion and drive to deliver measurable value to customers and partners
