Manager, Solution Engineering

Snowflake is seeking a Manager of Solution Engineering to lead a team of Solution Engineers in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. The role involves working with sales teams and partners to understand customer needs and develop go-to-market strategies. The Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team, escalating customer feedback, and collaborating with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering capacity
• 2+ years of direct front line management experience
• Industry expertise within Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or Cloud Computing
• Snowflake experience strongly preferred
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience
