Senior Executive - Sales

As a Sales Account Executive in our SaaS division, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting, building and managing relationships with clients, and closing deals. Working closely with the sales team, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue.

This position is based in one of our office locations, including Antwerp, Amsterdam, Munich, or Paris. We also offer the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote work arrangements.

Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Account Executive in SaaS at Sinch, you should have:

• Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for pipeline management.
• Fluency in English and additional language skills, such as German or French, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for technology and staying up to date with market trends.

The annual starting base salary for this position ranges $120,000.00 - $150,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated 50/50 split to be annually and are based on performance.
