Job Description

What you’ll do? – Perform as smoothly as our cars:

  • Provide functional-technical leadership and best practices on the SFDC platform.
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the business requirements.
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures.
  • Lead functional and technical workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying.
  • Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners.
  • Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner and commit to seeing an issue through to completion.
  • Document As-Is business processes, business requirements and solution designs for the Salesforce platform.
  • Establish trust with the customer s leadership, promoting and/or implementing standard processes with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed? – Your willingness to accelerate:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong experience in defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of Service Cloud and experience in building Service Cloud application.
  • Experience in effectively using Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
  • Omni Studio, Einstein Classification, Einstein GPT, Analytical Studio Developer/Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments
  • Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively pitch solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions on Salesforce suite of products.
  • You work with engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, code reviews, source management (GitHub), deployment processes (Jenkins), testing, operations, etc. and you also have got an understanding of data management fundamentals, distributed systems, and data storage/compute principles
