Summary:
We are seeking an intelligent and knowledgeable SEO Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement industry-standard SEO techniques and strategies that enhance website performance and search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content.
- Review and audit client sites to ensure compliance with best practices (including schema.org) and improve crawlability.
- Perform SEO audits and drive the implementation roadmap for on-page optimization.
- Implement SEO tactics to ensure websites are search-engine-friendly and optimized for maximum performance.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive qualified traffic through a coordinated search strategy alongside our paid media team.
- Monitor the performance of clients’ SEO strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Communicate complex SEO and data insights to clients regularly, reviewing campaign objectives, statistics, and optimization strategies.
- Implement approved SEO changes to websites and execute recommendations provided by the agency or yourself.
Qualifications
- Resume in English
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO within an advertising or marketing agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics 360, and third-party platforms like Majestic, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Authority Labs, Local Falcon, etc.
- Experience with local SEO and SEO for Law Firms is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SEO core elements, including on-page and off-page tactics, site navigation optimization, internal linking structures, URL structures, title tags, and meta descriptions.
- Knowledge of schema markup, advanced link-building tactics, and content development strategies.
