The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our personal injury cases
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately filed.
- Monitor and calendar important deadlines, hearings, and court dates.
- Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation.
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings under attorney supervision.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, depositions, and other appointments.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and address inquiries.
- Coordinate document production and exchange between parties.
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Proficient in legal research, drafting, and document management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
