Summary:
As an Ecommerce Manager, you will optimize online store's performance and drive sales through effective management of the Shopify platform. You will oversee the development of landing pages, product detail pages (PDP), and implement direct response strategies to maximize conversions and revenue. Additionally, your strong understanding of SEO principles will be essential to enhance website's visibility and drive organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify to ensure smooth functionality, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Develop and implement direct response strategies to drive traffic, increase customer acquisition, and maximize sales
- Create and optimize landing pages and product detail pages (PDP) to enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversion
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce initiatives with overall marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and Shopify updates to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce management, with a focus on Shopify
- Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing conversion rates in an e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization, PDP optimization, and direct response marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Shopify platform management, including theme customization, app integration, and performance monitoring
- Understanding of Shopify tech stack, including Recharge, Klaviyo, AfterSell, Gorgias, Loyalty Lion
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience marketing and selling Nutritional/Dietary Supplements is a plus.
