About the Role

Our Provider Team is the bridge that connects Sidecar Health members to their healthcare providers. We’re growing our team and looking for experienced, passionate people to join us and help deliver the best member and provider experience in healthcare.

As a Provider Relations and Operations Manager, you will lead Sidecar Health's national provider operations, designing and implementing scalable strategies to strengthen provider relationships. You will also manage both the Provider Services team and the Provider Research team.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with management to identify and design operational efficiency initiatives to scale the Sidecar Health Provider Operations department as our membership experiences significant growth
  • Define and improve standards for provider onboarding to foster stronger relationships with the local provider community
  • Offer industry-leading value propositions to providers, such as no prior authorizations, minimal medical management, predictable reimbursement, and instant payments
  • Oversee two teams within the Provider Operations department: the Provider Services team, dedicated to day-to-day provider servicing, and the Provider Research team, focused on educating members about high-value providers
  • Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and provider satisfaction by continuously monitoring and improving operational processes

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., network management, provider relations, provider experience, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational efficiency initiatives that drive significant improvements in service delivery
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Tenacity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Existing relationships with local providers and contract management experience (preferred)

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000.
