The Saviynt Finance team is looking to add a Manager, Revenue Operations. In this role, you'll help drive strategic alignment throughout all the revenue-driving functions — sales, marketing, finance, operations, renewals, and customer success — across the entire customer lifecycle, to drive uninhibited growth and exceptional customer experience. This is an ideal role for a master collaborator with a passion for working with revenue teams and their leaders to clearly identify trends, communicate process changes, and continuously identify and implement improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline end-to-end lead to cash processes and drive efficiency in the B2B Enterprise SaaS market.
  • Manage and optimize the utilization of Salesforce CRM and other revenue-related technologies to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accuracy and identify trends to help optimize pipeline management, conversion, and velocity.
  • Assist in territory planning to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities to continuously optimize.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall revenue performance, including pricing strategy, deal structures, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support of the customer especially around renewals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed revenue analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in B2B Enterprise SaaS revenue operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue operations or a similar role within a high growth B2B Enterprise SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other revenue-related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, particularly from Salesforce to NetSuite via Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Familiarity with B2B Enterprise SaaS sales processes.
