Position Overview
Circana has recently established a Global Sales Operations function to improve its commercial process efficiency and effectiveness. The Revenue Operations Senior Manager role will be focused on helping Circana optimize our revenue generation processes. You will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and revenue accounting process from Order to Cash Recognition.
Job Responsibilities
- Streamline and standardize workflows and procedures to ensure smooth operations and eliminate inefficiencies from Sales to Finance and Revenue Accounting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or discrepancies that arise during the order-to-cash cycle, such as order errors, billing errors, payment delays, etc.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of the order-to-cash process.
- Manage data quality, integrity, and accessibility to ensure accurate data and reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Revenue Accounting, and Collections) to ensure alignment and coordination of revenue operations initiatives and projects.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures and performance metrics for the order-to-cash process, such as data accuracy, invoice accuracy, collection rate, days sales outstanding, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in working with systems integration and implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional engagement with Sales, Technology Implementation, and Finance.
- Proficient in using revenue operations tools and systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, PowerBI, NetSuite, etc.
- Ability to build and maintain PowerBi Dashboard is a plus.
- Experience in leading and managing a team and/or cross-functional project leadership
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
