You can work remotely from any location in the E.U. combined with a willingness to travel.

About the Role:

As a SAP Master Contract Management Expert, you will serve as our SME with in-depth knowledge and expertise in the SAP MCM component of the SAP Fioneer Platform. Your primary responsibilities involve designing and implementing solutions, as well as optimizing processes related to this specific module. Additionally, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless implementation and integration of solutions into the existing infrastructure of banks or insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in the SAP MCM module, applying your deep knowledge and expertise to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Optimize processes associated with the designated module to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions into the existing infrastructure of banks or insurers.
• Drive improvements to digital processes using relevant module functionality for the benefit of our customers.
• Working closely with SAP Fioneer Product Development, act as a key contributor to both the initial implementation and ongoing development of the module.
• Support presales initiatives via demoes and presentations when required in addition to normal implementation activities.

Requirements

• Deep functional expertise around SAP Master Contract Management, gained on multiple full lifecycle implementations over 10 years or more, and covering all the main MCM products encountered in corporate banking i.e. Effective Cash Pooling, National Pooling and Facilities.
• Deep functional expertise around SAP Deposits Management, comparable to the experience required on Master Contract Management.
• Business knowledge of banking processes involving corporate cash management and virtual accounts as well as current and savings accounts.
• Technical understanding of ABAP etc. complementary to the functional and business aspects.
• Proven analysis and document-writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including excellence in spoken and written English.
• Ability to lead workshops and provide direction to less senior staff.
• Deep experience in demos and presales activities as well as in all stages of the implementation lifecycle through to post go-live support.
• Flexibility to travel, including across borders, when required, as well as to work remotely.
