Paid sick days
Employees are able to accrue up to 25 PTO days annually, which can be used as either sick or vacation time. 10 days can be carried over at the end of each year.

LeanIX's 401(k) retirement plan matches 100% of an employee's contributions up to 4% of their annual base salary, with immediate vesting for matched contributions.
Language course support
Therefore we support all our foreign employees who relocated to one of our office locations with a local language course of up to 1.000 EUR within the first year of relocation.

We offer a hybrid work mode, with the possibility to choose between working remotely or from our offices, as well as cross-border remote work within given legal regulations and business needs.
