This role will be based in Manila, Philippines

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Salesforce Communications Cloud tech stack to join our Professional Services team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end, scalable solutions for TELCO clients, with a strong focus on integration with OSS/BSS systems. This is a critical role supporting major digital transformation programs with multiple projects in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership in the design and implementation of complex Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions for TELCO customers.
  • Architect scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, and internal teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
  • Drive integration of Salesforce with OSS/BSS systems such as order management, billing, and service provisioning.
  • Lead technical workshops and provide governance throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Ensure technical quality, performance, and security across all solution components.
  • Contribute actively to configuration, coding, and troubleshooting when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture, including strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity).
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, CPQ, Order Management, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS systems.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application or System Architect) preferred.
  • Experience working with TELCO clients or within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery excellence.
