We are seeking aLead Solution Architectto own end‑to‑end architecture for our technology platforms, with a primary focus onAgentic AI initiatives. This role will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design, enforce, and implement robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and govern the overall solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead thedesign and implementation of agent‑based AI systems, including multi‑agent workflows, orchestration, and integration with existing services and data platforms.
  • Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices; review designs and code to ensure adherence.
  • Guide build vs. buy decisions, technology selection, and reference architectures across cloud, data, and application layers.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to translate high‑level concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Mentor engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution/Enterprise Architect leading complex, distributed systems.
  • Hands‑on expertise with modern AI/ML platforms andagentic AI frameworks(e.g., orchestration of LLMs, tools, and autonomous agents).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, microservices, and data platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, drive consensus, and communicate architecture clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
