Senior Solutions Consultant

Rippling is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance experience and be fluent in German and English.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance
• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Self-starter with a bias towards action, energised by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
• Fluent in German and English
