As a Solution Advisor (Presales), you play a key role in the sales process by understanding prospective customers’ challenges and clearly demonstrating the value of beqom’s solutions.
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English
- 5 years of relevant experience in HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
