Rippling is hiring a Payroll Compliance Specialist to support its Global Payroll product in the Netherlands. The role requires deep expertise in Dutch payroll, Loonaangifte, and pensions to ensure accuracy and reliability of payroll handling.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Dutch payroll
Strong knowledge of Loonheffingen fundamentals, social premiums, exemptions, and edge cases
Solid understanding of Loonaangifte concepts, structures, and reporting constraints
Familiarity with the NL pension landscape (PFZW, ABP, BPFBOUW, APF, PPI), WKR (werkkostenregeling), 30%-ruling, and ZZP/DBA
Full fluency in English, Dutch fluency desired
