We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Consultant IIto join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a full-stack developer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. As a Software Consultant II, you will play a critical role in both the technical execution of projects and the strategic alignment of solutions with client needs.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, understand their business challenges, and deliver robust software solutions that drive results. Your work will span the full software development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and support.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
