The Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. You will be leading marketing campaigns holistically across platforms in several countries.

Responsibilities:

• Mastermind data-driven campaigns: Employ your technical expertise to wield platforms, in particular Meta & google, leveraging granular insights to optimize targeting,

messaging, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.

• Unleash the conversion champion within: Conduct in-depth customer cohort analysis,

pinpointing friction points and implementing conversion optimization strategies that drive

sales and engagement.

• Tell captivating stories: Creative, craft and test compelling ad copy and creative assets that

resonate with your target audience.

• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, experiment with innovative

tactics, and stay sharp on the latest marketing technology.

• Effective collaborator: Partner seamlessly with internal stakeholders across creative,

product, and marketing to ensure campaign alignment and success.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, demonstrating a proven

track record of driving growth and exceeding KPIs.

• Technical expertise: Confidently navigate marketing analytics platforms, interpret data with a

keen eye, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Marketing savvy: Possess a deep understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour,

and the nuances of potential and existing audiences.

• Creative spark: Open to ideation and craft compelling ads that captures attention and ignites

• Collaborative spirit: Thrive in a team environment, fostering open communication and
