Ramp is looking for a Senior People Events & Culture Manager to own end-to-end planning and execution for all internal employee events, recruiting events, and team-specific events. The role involves partnering with HR, Recruiting, and leadership to define event goals, measure success, and ensure each experience reflects Ramp's culture and values.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event management, people operations, HR, or a related function
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working with executives, recruiters, and employees at all levels
- Self-starter who can build structure in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and logistics end-to-end
