Engagement Leader

Overview

As an Engagement Leader you will lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members. This role will have Engagement Leader responsibilities and Senior Change Advisor responsibilities. You'll work directly with clients to provide ongoing support and coaching on the application of Prosci’s Change Management Methodology to accelerate change adoption and deliver client success. Discover client needs and structure proposals to deliver value. Actively track and communicate program status, risks, issues, and opportunities as appropriate to both client and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Building and expanding Client relationships holistically (70%)

• Lead the day-to-day execution of client engagements while guiding and developing individual team members on the project.
• Lead a team or individual at client engagements to successfully deliver change for the client and embed Change Management Capabilities for future projects.
• Grow client relationships from a profitability standpoint; drive holistic revenue growth and develop the entire relationship within a client organization
• Discover client needs and structure projects to deliver value.
• Actively track and communicate program status, risks, issues, and opportunities as appropriate to both client and internal project teams.

Coach and Mentor (20%)

• Coach and mentor client staff to create capability not dependency, K to A Journey
• Coach and Mentor team members to grow team capabilities and deliver on succession plan
• Partner with team members’ direct manager in development and growth plan as part of overall performance.

Strategy, resourcing, and sponsorship (20%)

• Contributes to strategy and provides resourcing input as required
• Acts as a sponsor for internal change projects within Advisory or other Markets as appropriate

Technical/Functional Skills

• Proficiency in key elements of Microsoft 365 
• Working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, including diagnostic capabilities (Teams, Zoom, etc.) 
• Proven experience executing five or more full life cycle change management initiatives from value proposition and strategic planning through adoption measurement for large, complex, high-risk projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in the application of the Prosci Change Management Methodology, tools, research, and methods at the enterprise level on large complex projects
• Advanced skills in consultation and executive coaching/advising
• Proven success in leading and coaching others
• Develops people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Masters level qualification or equivalent business experience
• Professional maturity to include proven executive-level career experience, 10 or more years of consulting/professional services experience, and five or more years of change management experience. 
• Prosci Change Management Methodology certification required. Advanced certification(s) preferred.

Work Location: Remote.

Base Compensation: $148,000 - $185,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
