As a Bilingual Account Executive at Prosci, your main responsibility is to drive revenue growth in the Quebec market. This involves identifying and engaging new clients who are interested in enhancing their organizational change capabilities or in need of implementing change management best practices for critical business initiatives. You will strategically develop growth opportunities within targeted accounts, establish valuable relationships with C-level executives and decision makers, and represent Prosci at regional and national events to promote our services and build brand recognition.

Your role encompasses the entire client acquisition process. This includes identifying opportunities, assessing client needs, crafting persuasive proposals, collaborating with our internal team, and successfully negotiating contracts to secure deals. You will collaborate with prospective clients to create tailored solutions that address their specific requirements, offering a combination of training, advisory services, and intellectual property licensing. Beyond client acquisition, you will also provide ongoing support, offer strategic direction, and maintain excellence in account management for our enterprise clients.

In addition to delivering exceptional service, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer. This ensures success for both external and internal stakeholders in every engagement. You will play a crucial role in developing the Quebec market by defining target clients, advocating for the needs of French-speaking clients, identifying market opportunities, establishing key client relationships, forming strategic partnerships, and devising plans for business growth within the Quebec public sector. Your role will be instrumental in achieving Prosci's mission to empower organizations with effective change management practices and solutions in the Quebec market.

The Bilingual Account Executive responsibilities primarily focus on driving revenue growth in the Quebec market. These responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging new clients who are interested in developing organizational change capability or need to apply change management best practices to key business initiatives.
  • Developing growth strategies within targeted accounts.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers in the Quebec market.
  • Representing Prosci at Quebec-based events, and as needed, at other events nationally to promote our services and build brand presence.
  • Managing all aspects of Prosci's client acquisition process, from identifying new opportunities, assessing and scoping client needs, creating compelling proposals, collaborating with the Prosci team on timing and fit, and successfully negotiating contracts to close.
  • Collaborating with prospective clients to develop results-oriented solutions tailored to their specific needs, which may include a combination of training offerings, advisory services, and intellectual property licensing.
  • Providing direction and ongoing feedback to clients on their change management strategy, recommending Prosci offerings that will advance their change capability.
  • Delivering continuous account management support for enterprise clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Designing and implementing account management plans, and proactively engaging with customers to provide world-class service to our customers, employees, and target audiences.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and ensure success for both our external and internal customers in every engagement.
  • Assisting in defining key target clients and identifying essential requirements for operating in the Quebec market, as well as advocating for the unique needs of French-speaking clients to develop the Quebec market.

Requirements

Based on the scope and responsibilities of the role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with bilingual proficiency.
  • Extensive experience in solution sales and strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas in sales or business development roles.
  • High level of interpersonal and emotional intelligence, coupled with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, including senior leaders and front-line associates.
  • Ability to analyze complex client challenges and provide results-oriented solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in acquiring new clients through consultative sales, ideally with expertise in change management, advisory services, and/or professional service sales.
  • Over 10 years of experience engaging with senior-level leaders in various industries.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of business functions and principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, with preference for Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in professional services sales and account management, preferably with experience in selling advisory/consulting and professional services (Enterprise Training).
  • Customer Focus: Proactively deliver exceptional customer experiences, anticipating and resolving issues in advance. Possess excellent interpersonal skills for handling confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Display exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, fluently in both French and English.
  • Selling Skills: Achieve success in enterprise sales by assessing customer environments, situations, and devising strategies/solutions to meet client needs.

Preferred

  • Certification in Prosci Change Management methodology.
  • Display excellent professional judgment and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Problem solver with the ability to find the best solutions for all parties involved.
