  • Manage and support multiple (2-5) concurrent digital product development projects
  • Lead teams comprised of developers, designers, and researchers responsible for building and launching products
  • Collaborate with discipline leads to create team agreements, procedures, and policies
  • Facilitate daily rituals across client and project team, unblocking work and demonstrating continuous progress
  • Assess client's requirements, align on scope and budget estimates, and create project plans and schedules
  • Respond to, resolve, and/or escalate client and team issues throughout project implementation
  • Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to implementation problems or challenges
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Plan and develop extensions, expansions, and maintenance agreements (when relevant)
  • Ensure smooth handoff of all final work and documentation to client team
  • May be involved in pre-sales conversations and/or assist in developing proposals

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client services, project management, program management, and/or product strategy
  • Experience or familiarity with delivering digital products across multiple technology platforms
  • Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira)
  • Understanding of development practices and experience directly collaborating with development teams
  • Experience working with product designers and advocating for UX/UI best practices
  • Strong communication, client services, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Nice to have: experience in an agency setting
