ROLE

The Field Enablement Manager is responsible for building and executing Propel’s enablement function to ensure consistent, high-performance across customer-facing teams. This role designs and operationalizes the programs, tools, and reinforcement mechanisms that enable internal GTM teams and partner sellers to effectively generate pipeline, acquire new logos, and drive expansion.
Working cross-functionally with multiple internal and partner GTM teams, this leader will establish standardized learning frameworks, train on sales execution methodologies, and drive performance improvement programs that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping Propel’s go-to-market organization continuously improve pipeline creation, win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment as the company scales.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Define and run the field enablement strategy and cadence for onboarding, ongoing training, certifications, and reinforcement across GTM roles.
  • Set role readiness standards and expectations for field execution with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies and best practices across the full sales cycle (discovery through close).
  • Own GTM curriculum in the LMS, including enrollment, certification tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Govern field-facing content in the content management platform, including taxonomy, lifecycle management, version control, and accessibility.
  • Build and maintain structured learning paths and enablement assets (playbooks, talk tracks, messaging, scripts, templates, and deal tools) aligned to roles and product/positioning updates.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches, competitive intelligence, and positioning into field-ready programs that build product and industry fluency.

To be successful in this role you bring:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or a combination of enablement and frontline sales leadership within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, evaluation, negotiation, closing, and expansion motions.
  • Strong curriculum and content development skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable field behaviors and performance outcomes.
  • Strong operational discipline and experience leveraging CRM data and enablement analytics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Scrappiness, intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Experience with learning management systems, conversation intelligence platforms, and content platforms. WorkRamp, Gong, and Seismic preferred.
  • Experience within manufacturing, PLM/QMS domains, or the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% to headquarters and company events.
