Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in equipping Cotiviti’s client facing teams with the tools, training, insights, and resources they need to sell effectively and consistently. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM Operations to design, build, and deliver scalable enablement programs that enhance sales readiness, support solution knowledge, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver sales enablement content including playbooks, training modules, internal guides, messaging frameworks, and competitive resources.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training to improve sales performance and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and deployment of sales tools and assets such as battle cards, value messaging, pitch decks, and productivity insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align positioning, content, and tools with current campaigns, product launches, and brand standards
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions including live workshops, virtual sessions, and self paced learning.-paced learning.
  • Analyze usage and effectiveness of enablement materials, providing recommendations for enhancement based on data and field feedback.
  • Maintain and optimize the organization of enablement materials to ensure easy access and adoption across the Sales team.
  • Support the execution of Sales onboarding programs, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and effectively.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales, marketing or commercial training, preferably in healthcare technology, health IT, or SaaS.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training content is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and concepts (e.g., HIPAA, interoperability, value-based care).
  • Experience in supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams

Skills:

  • Strong communication and instructional design capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and consultative selling
  • Experience enabling sales teams that sell into healthcare environments (e.g., providers, hospitals, payers, life sciences).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling enablement materials.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce), learning platforms, and content management tools.-management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for performance insights.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • No adverse environmental conditions are expected.

Base compensation ranges from $97,800 to $129,100 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

This role is eligible for commission.
