Partner Customer Success Manager

As a Partner Customer Success Manager, you will work with our highest value agency partners to maximize their client’s results on Postscript. You will do this by helping build a strategic and performance-driven approach to SMS. Immersing yourself in our partners’ business, you will deeply understand their marketing goals and work collaboratively with the agency’s Postscript Partner Manager. 

Further, you will work closely with our Head of Customer Success and Head of Partnerships to share customer insights and ensure that Postscript continually improves in order to best serve the clients that are managed by our partner agencies.  All positions at Postscript are fully remote.  

Primary Duties 

  • Serve as an SMS marketing expert and advisor to partners to ensure their client’s continued growth with Postscript is in line with performance targets.
  • Run best-in-class marketing strategy sessions with your partners (and/or their clients) to ensure they are an industry leader.
  • Work alongside our Strategic Partner Managers to ensure those strategies are implemented and continuously iterated on to improve partner account performance. 
  • Actively track, support, and guide the marketing efforts of your partner’s largest clients.  
  • Maintain an always-evolving, expert level understanding of the Postscript product, along with larger ecommerce & marketing knowledge.
What We'll Love About You
  • 4+ years of customer management experience in SaaS marketing technology or a related domain 
  • Experience with technical products and/or demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or a demonstrated understanding of how a successful agency and client relationship operates
  • Demonstrated understanding of ecommerce businesses, including emerging marketing trends and ecommerce trends. Ecommerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive problem solver. High reliability and outstanding follow-through
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and not afraid to fail or make mistakes. Early-stage experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable utilizing multiple communication channels with partners to ensure quick SLAs and industry-leading support
  • Remote work experience and passion strongly desired
